This bill prohibits smoking in enclosed workplaces and public places, including restaurants, bars, and gaming facilities. Smoking is also prohibited within 20 feet of building entrances and windows; and on and within 20 feet of restaurant patio dining areas. The bill also includes an anti-preemption clause.
