This bill requires restaurants and bars to be smokefree, but still permits smoking during private functions; in cigar bars, tobacco shops, private offices and teacher lounges of schools, private offices and designated smoking areas of government buildings, smoking areas of theaters and recreational facilities, home-based businesses, and other public places and workplaces not specifically covered by the law.
