EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences except when used as child/adult/health care facilities; 20% of hotel/motel rooms; private/semiprivate rooms in nursing/long term care facilities; tobacco shops; tobacco bars; private clubs except when open to the public; outdoor areas of restaurants and bars; outdoor porches and patios not accessible to the public; tobacco products manufacturing facilities; and a convention of tobacco-related businesses.
