This bill requires public school districts and nonpublic schools to prohibit the use of cigarettes, tobacco products, or nicotine products (electronic cigarettes) while in a school building or other school facility; on grounds that are owned, rented, or leased by the school; in a vehicle by the school district; and at school-sponsored or school-related indoor events that are held off campus.
