This bill amends the definition of smoking in the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act to prohibit the use of e-cigarettes and hookah pipes in a place of public access. The bill was substituted by a version that would permit the use hookah pipes in specified places and use of e-cigarettes in establishments that make 75% of sales for e-cigarette sales for the next five years.
