This bill prohibits smoking in indoor public places and workplaces, including restaurants, bars and gaming facilities; and within fifteen feet of doorways.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences except when used as health care/child care/day care facilities or other home-based business open to the public; retail tobacco stores that make at least 80% revenue from sales of tobacco; private and multi-private rooms in nursing homes and long-term care facilities; and 25% of contiguous hotel/motel rooms.
