This bill, which would propose an amendment to the Alabama Constitution, would prohibit smoking and the use of e-cigarettes in enclosed public places and places of employment, including restaurants, bars, gaming facilities, within 15 feet of doorways of public places and places of employment, bleachers & grandstands, seating areas of restaurants and bars, service lines, and playgrounds.
