This bill prohibits smoking in enclosed workplaces and public places, including restaurants and bars. Smoking is also prohibited within 20 feet of building entrances and windows; outdoor property adjacent to government buildings; on and within 20 feet of restaurant patio dining areas; within 20 feet of outdoor stadiums/arenas/bleachers, playgrounds, and public transportation stations; and outdoor service lines. Smoking is permitted in gaming facilities. The bill also includes an anti-preemption clause.
