HB1003 - (workplaces, restaurants, bars and gaming) - An Act to Create the Mississippi Smokefree Air Act of 2012 - Died in Committee

This bill prohibits smoking in all enclosed public places and places of employment. Smoking is also prohibited within 20 feet of building entrances and windows; public transportation areas; and in arenas, stadiums, amphitheaters, amusement parks, zoos, playgrounds, recreational parks except for designated smoking areas at least 20 feet from seating and areas designated for play and sports.
