This bill broadly amends the smokefree law to eliminate the exemptions for restaurants, bars, and smoking rooms. The law would require all public places and workplaces to be smokefree,including restaurants, bars, cigar bars, charitable bingo, government workplaces, and within 15’ of restaurant entrances.
