This bill extends the rebate plan that gives restaurants with financial incentives to remove smoking rooms and go smokefree by January 1, 2016. The State Department of Health would reimburse restaurant owners 50% of their cost of building a smoking room built prior to 11/12013 if they go completely smokefree.
