SB201 - (restaurants and bars) - An Act relating to the Missouri Indoor Clean Air Act - Session Adjourned

This bill amends the current state law to prohibit smoking in public places, restaurants, and bars, and within 15 feet of entrances to such buildings, but smoking is permitted in “an entire room or hall which is used for private social functions,” which could be in any type of establishment, and smoking in private non-hospitality workplaces is not addressed.
