This bill prohibits smoking in enclosed workplaces and public places, presumably including but not specifying restaurants, bars, and gaming facilities, and within 20’ of doorways. Unfortunately the bill also requires that a statewide special election be held in 2014 asking if the contents of this bill should be enacted.
