This bill was amended and would extend restrictions on smoking to all rooms of hotels and motels; smokefree areas on grounds owned or leased by the state; within 25 feet of state owned buildings; on all state hospital grounds, in childcare facilities, in vehicles in the presence of children required to be in federally-approved car seats; and e-cigarettes may not be used on public school grounds.
