This bill prohibits smoking on the grounds of and inside the facilities or buildings utilized by institutions managed and supervised by the Board of Supervisors of Community and Technical Colleges, Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, or the University of Louisiana System.
