The hearing for California’s bill to prohibit the use of e-cigarettes in smokefree places will be held on August 14, rather than August 7 as previously reported. This means you have an extra week to voice your support for this bill.

Please take a moment to write a personal email or make a phone call to your Assembly member today. The bill may face opposition in the Assembly Governmental Committee, so members need to hear from supporters who believe that Californians should not face potential health harms from the use of unregulated e-cigarettes in smokefree spaces.
