SB1185 - (restaurants) - An Act relating to public health - Session Adjourned

This bill requires that restaurants must be smokefree by March 1, 2015, at which point smoking rooms must be eliminated. Smoking would also be prohibited in outdoor seating areas and within fifteen feet of doorways. The bill does not prohibit smoking in any other type of workplace or public place.
