Some lawmakers are looking at expanding the smoking ban to include more places.

There are bills in the State House and Senate that would get rid of exemptions to the state's Clean Indoor Air Act.

Brian Laratonda owns the Pipe Room in Hollidaysburg. Five years ago when the clean indoor air act passed his bar went smoke free. He says he lost 30-40% of his business. But within the last year or so they've recovered some of that.

Just down the street, Andy Glass owns Shan Nicoles where you can still smoke. He feels like smokers need someplace to go too...
