This bill expands the definition of smoking in the Clean Indoor Air Act in order to prohibit the use of e-cigarettes in all places required to be smokefree under the law. The bill also amends other laws to include e-cigarettes as tobacco products in the laws that prohibit tobacco use in public schools, require tobacco retailer licenses, self-service displays, and sales to minors.
