This bill prohibits the use of e-cigarettes in day care premises, health care facilities, public schools, buildings owned or operated by local or state government, facilities owned by Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and the University of Minnesota; facilities licensed by the commissioner of human services; and facilities licensed by the commissioner of health if the facility is subject to federal licensing requirements.
