This bill prohibits the use of electronic smoking devices, called inhalant delivery systems, in places that are required to be smokefree, and tightens language around the smoke shop exemption. It also adds these products to the laws that regulate the sale of tobacco, including prohibiting their sale to minors, sales in vending machines, and requires that they be sold in child safe packaging.
