This bill prohibits smoking and the use of e-cigarettes in enclosed public places and workplaces, including restaurants, bars, gaming facilities, private clubs, hotel/motels, as well as within 20 feet of building entrances, on restaurant and bar patios, and in outdoor places of employment.
