SB105 - (smokefree study committee; e-cig liquids) - An Act relative to child-resistant packaging for tobacco products and establishing a committee to study revising the indoor smoking act - Inexpedient to Legislate - Session Adjourned

This bill requires that liquids for electronic cigarettes be sold in child-safe packaging, and it was amended to require that a committee be appointed to study revising the smokefree air law including, but not limited to, adding e-cigarettes to the scope of the law. The original bill also would have amended the smokefree law by eliminating existing exemptions and by prohibiting smoking in all enclosed public places and workplaces.
