HB5224 - (smoking bars) - An Act relating to Health and Safety - Effective without Governor's signature

This bill amends the exemption that allows smoking bars to require that smoking bar owners must demonstrate quarterly, for a period of one year and annually thereafter, that the annual revenue generated from the serving of tobacco products is greater than 50% of the total revenue for the establishment.
