This bill weakens the smokefree air law by allowing businesses to receive a license to allow marijuana smoking indoors, and allows for permits to be issued for special events that allow marijuana smoking. The only restrictions on the type of business that can allow marijuana smoking indoors is that it cannot be located within 1000 feet of public or private school or community facility (daycare, park, church, and similar) and it cannot be viewable from a public place.
