This bill amends the state smokefree air law by amending the definition of smoking to include the use of electronic cigarettes and prohibit their use in smokefree places. The bill was amended to create an exemption to allow e-cigarette use in "electronic smoking device establishments" that serve food or alcohol and generate at least 33% of sales receipts from serving electronic smoking devices.
