This bill amends the state smokefree air law by amending the definition of smoking to include the use of electronic cigarettes and prohibit their use in smokefree places, except that e-cigarette use is allowed in electronic smoking device establishments that serve food or alcohol and generate at least 33% of sales receipts from serving electronic smoking devices.
