It's Time to Restore Local Control in Tennessee!

On Wednesday, February 28th, the Tennessee House Agricultural Sub-Committee will vote on a measure to return the power to the people to make local decisions on smokefree air.Placeholder

Contact the Agricultural Sub-Committee to vote yes on HB2327 because you want your community to have the right to choose to go smokefree.

You can call Sub-Committee Chair Ron Lollar's office at (615) 741-7084 or send him an email at rep.ron.lollar@capitol.tn.gov.

For many years, cities and counties in Tennessee haven't had the authority to pass restrictions on smoking in workplaces and public places that are stronger than the state's partial restrictions.

We need you to let Tennessee decision makers know that it's time our local elected officials are given back the power to make their communities healthier by protecting everyone's right to breathe smokefree air. The demand for smokefree air has never been higher!

Make your voice heard - tell the House Agricultural Sub-Committee that everyone deserves the right to breathe smokefree air and that communities deserve the right to make an impact on their town on their terms.

Thanks for taking action!
