This bill allows onsite consumption of marijuana, including smoking and vaping, at temporary special events, and for the creation of marijuana lounges. At special events, designated areas for smoking and vaping need to have a ventilation system. Cannabis lounge licenses may be obtained by public or private clubs, and the consumption of marijuana items intended to be smoked, aerosolized or vaporized must be restricted to designated outdoor areas, and also designated areas for smoking and vaping need to have a ventilation system, which implies indoor use.
