This bill broadly addresses e-cigarette retailer regulations, packaging, advertising, and use, including prohibiting their use in indoor public places and places of employment except where smoking is still allowed, as well as and on the grounds of K-12 schools and public higher education institutions, child care facilities, health care facilities, and in vehicles with minors.
