This bill prohibits smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, on a state coastal beach or in a unit of the state park system; and prohibits the disposal of used cigar or cigarette waste. It includes an exemption for the filming of movies and television programs and for religious ceremonies, and the director may designate areas that are exempt from the smokefree requirements.
