EXEMPTIONS: Bars; separately enclosed bar areas of restaurants; non-public areas of public places and workplaces; workplaces with less that three employees; private residences; hotel and motel rooms; retail tobacco stores; restaurants and public or private meeting rooms when used for private functions; facilities licensed by the Mississippi Gaming Commission; public schools and campuses.
