This bill removes the additional penalty of appearing before the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner for facilities with liquor licenses that violate the Clean Indoor Air Act. The bill allows for all indoor facilities to face the same civil penalty for violating the Clean Indoor Air Act.
