This bill would limit smoking in some restaurants.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in restaurants with ten for fewer seats, in outdoor areas of restaurants, in all restaurants from 9pm-5am, in designated smoking areas of restaurants that are located within larger facilities, in clubs, bowling allies, bingo halls, recreational facilities, hotel/motel rooms, separately ventilated private dining/banquet rooms, and in licensed drinking establishments making less than 30% of receipts from food.
