A9753-- AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to the regulation of smoking in certain bingo facilities.

This bill amends the state clean indoor air act to allow smoking in bingo facilities that are operated by a membership association, do not have paid employees, have members sign a waiver acknowledging that smoking may take places, are not located on public school grounds or take place during school hours, and 
have smoking and non-smoking rooms.
