EXEMPTIONS: Social, religious, or fraternal organizations; demonstrations or performances in a theater or concert hall; cigar bars; retail tobacco stores; cigar or pipe tobacco businesses for testing or manufacturing; owner-operated bars; employee break rooms when not accessible to minors and if a non-smoking break room is also available; casinos and bars within casino-hotels; and 30% of hotel/motel rooms and separately ventilated rooms rented for private functions
