This bill amends the state Clean Indoor Air Act to permit smoking in bars, bowling centers and billiard parlors with separately ventilated smoking rooms. The definition of “bar” is amended to define “incidental food service” as less than 40% of sales. “Smoking Permitted” signs must be posted in such establishments.
