This bill will prohibit smoking in all enclosed public places, including restaurants, bars, and bingo facilities.

This bill exempts private residences except when used as child care, adult day-care, or health care facilities; 20% of hotel/motel rooms; retail tobacco stores; private/semi-private rooms of nursing homes where all occupants are smokers; outdoor areas of places of employment; smoking areas in international airports, and corporate offices of tobacco manufacturers.
