This bill prohibits smoking in some indoor enclosed areas.

Smoking is allowed in bars and bar areas of restaurants, and after July 1, 2006 smoking in bars and bar areas must take place in a separately enclosed area. Smoking is also allowed in private homes, private functions, 25% of hotel/motel rooms, specialty tobacco stores, and private separately enclosed office or work areas not frequented by the public.
