HB5138 (bars) -An act concerning smoking in certain establishments-Died
This bill will weaken the state Clean Indoor Air Act to allow smoking sections in bars and restaurants larger than 2,000 square feet, allow smoking in the entire establishment in bars smaller than 2,000 square feet, and require both ventilation systems and $250 permits for all establishments that allow smoking.
