EXEMPTIONS: This bill exempts private residences except when used for child care, adult day-care, and health care; 20% of hotel/motel rooms; retail tobacco stores; private/semi-private rooms of nursing homes and long term care facilities where all occupants are smokers; outdoor areas of places of employment; smoking areas in international airports; corporate offices of tobacco manufacturers; and private/semi-private rooms of health care facilities with physician approval.
