This bill amends the current law to prohibit smoking in restaurants. The bill was amended to also prohibit smoking in bars and indoor recreational facilities, such as bowling alleys, gaming facilities and pool halls.

Smoking is allowed in private homes/cars unless used as child/adult/health care facility, private functions, 25% of hotel/motel rooms, specialty tobacco stores; tobacco manufacturers; cigar bars; and private clubs.
