This bill was substituted for SB314 and prohibits smoking in all indoor areas, including restaurants, bars, casinos, bingo facilities, and pool halls. A drafting error mistakenly includes and preempts all places that were supposed to be exempted, including private homes and vehicles, hotel/motel rooms, outside areas of businesses and tobacco bars. This mistake should be corrected in the near future.
