This bill prohibits smoking in some enclosed public places and workplaces with more than 3 employees, including restaurants but not the bar areas of restaurants.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in bar areas of restaurants, bars, private residences except when used as a childcare facility, hotel/motel rooms, retail tobacco and convenience stores, private functions in restaurants/hotels, gaming facilities, and school campuses.
