This bill requires that a waiver be granted to a business, club, bingo hall, cigar store, or hookah lounge that can document a revenue loss of 10% or more for thirty days and applies for a waiver at the cost of $250. A waiver can be granted for the entire building or for a smoking room. No one under age 18 can enter a facility with a smoking waiver. The bill also requires that a health department can only issue a citation for a violation of the law if they witness the violation.
