HB1559-(ventilation)-An Act relating to designated smoking area requirements-Died
This bill requires that the nitrogen dioxide and hydrogen cyanide levels in nonsmoking areas of public places not exceed twenty ppm. Card rooms and bingo facilities are added to the list of establishments that can be smoking areas in their entirety, and people under age 18 are prohibited from entering smoking areas.
