This bill prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public and places of employment, including restaurants, bars, bowling alleys, nightclubs; and including twenty feet from entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes.

Smoking is allowed in private residences, except when used as a child care/adult day care facility; 20% hotel/motel rooms; retail tobacco stores; private/semi-private rooms in long term care facilities; Outdoor areas of places of employment; and all areas covered under this bill when smoking is part of a production being filmed.
