Smoking is allowed in smoking areas of restaurants/bars/taverns for two years after the law goes into effect, factories/warehouses/other non-public workplaces, facilities licensed by the Riverboat Gambling Act, private clubs, retail tobacco stores, and rooms/halls used for private functions. Smoking is allowed in any public place that is able to demonstrate that their ventilation system renders the indoor air the same as the outdoor air, which is currently not possible.
