HB3295/SB6883-(waiver)-An Act allowing a business waiver to smoking prohibitions-Died

This bill amends the current state law to require a waiver to be granted to allow smoking if a place of employment can show a drop in revenue for the first quarter of 2006 versus the first quarter of 2005. The waiver must be for the entire building if people under 18 are prohibited. All waivers become null and void when all tribal casinos in the state are deemed fully nonsmoking by the state Department of Health.
