If you want to make Colorado a better, healthier place to live, it's time you take a closer look at Greeley.

Here, you go out for dinner and even catch a show without being inundated by smoke.

Greeley residents wanted a better, healthier place to live. Just more than a year ago, they spoke through their activism, and -- most importantly -- they spoke in the polling booths as they approved a citywide smoking ban.

The law, which prohibits smoking in restaurants, bars and workplaces, was enacted in December 2003.

But everyone deserves the healthy living we now have in Greeley.
